Flat Roof Replacement in Farnham Common

A customer in Farnham Common came to us because their flat roof was leaking. With clear signs of damage and wear over the years, it was time to replace the roof and ensure that it would be good for years to come.

AS you can see from the pictures, the roof was rotten, water ingress had meant the wood had got wet and stayed wet for periods of time, causing the rot.

As it was time to replace the roof, it meant stripping back the whole roof, include the wooden board, until we were left with any undamaged structure. We then rebuilt the roof with new materials and ensured the roof boarding was secure and in place correctly.

Once we had the roof boards and structure in place, it is time to add the relevant adhesive to ensure the roof covering goes into place and stays there, at this stage, it is essential we get a good bond between the rubber cover and the boards, sealing the roof.

Once we have applied the rubber cover, we finish off ensure all is sealed and in place correctly, the rainwater goods are in place and effective, and there you have a new flat roof replacement.
